"Urban to Desert". An on going project that started in the year 2003 (the first pictures), actually I started to think about the project much later on, in 2005, and now 6 years later it has become more and more clearer to me. "Urban to Desert" is not just a story about abandoned landscapes. There is so much more involved. Not just only landscapes, people are also starting to be deserts, unemployment, poverty, deceases, all this are dragging us all the time deeper and deeper into despair. But like in all despair the root of beauty lies there also, the nature takes back it's own ...the circle is closed. Hoping to be a book some day.

Some time back visiting an Art exhibition suddenly hit my mind that art is rather strange...it can be complicated if you want it to be, but also simple...ready to take what ever comes your way, not trying to understand the greater meaning, just go with the flow, feel the vibes, either good or bad and be a part of the artwork. Konst (the Swedish word for Art) and the whole word "Konstigt" translated to english "Strangely"
